User authentication and credential management are handled through AWS Cognito, a managed identity and access management service provided by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”). Passwords and authentication credentials are securely processed and stored by AWS Cognito in accordance with AWS security standards and best practices. CloudBalance does not have access to users’ plaintext passwords and cannot retrieve or view such credentials. AWS acts as an authorized sub-processorfor identity and access management purposes.
