CloudBalance does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data.

To authorized third-party service providers who process Personal Data on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, identity management, payment processing, analytics, and customer support, subject to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

CloudBalance implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including but not limited to:

While CloudBalance follows industry best practices, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7.1 Authentication and Credential Security
CloudBalance does not store or process user account passwords in its own databases. User authentication and credential management are handled through AWS Cognito, a managed identity and access management service provided by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”). Passwords and authentication credentials are securely processed and stored by AWS Cognito in accordance with AWS security standards and best practices. CloudBalance does not have access to users’ plaintext passwords and cannot retrieve or view such credentials. AWS acts as an authorized sub-processorfor identity and access management purposes. 8. DATA RETENTION
Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfill contractual and service-related purposes
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce contractual rights
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the User’s country of residence, including India and other locations where CloudBalance or its service providers operate. CloudBalance ensures appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. CHILDREN’S DATA
CloudBalance’s products and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. CloudBalance does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16 years of age for its own purposes.If CloudBalance becomes aware that Personal Data of a child under the age of 16 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information without undue delay.If you believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Data to CloudBalance, please contact us at support@cloudbalance.in, and we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users may use the Services to collect, store, or process information relating to individuals who may be children. In such cases, the User acts as the Data Controller, and CloudBalance acts solely as a Data Processor. The User acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the collection and processing of children’s Personal Data, including obtaining any required parental or guardian consent.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. CloudBalance has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of such third parties.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudBalance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Processing of Personal Data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
CloudBalance reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Policy with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
